The Berean Cooperative

FAQs

TBC is a discipleship and equipping ministry. We believe that parents are the primary disciple-makers in their homes and that the church also plays a role in investing in the next generation of believers who will go and make disciples in every aspect of their lives. As such, parents being present is an integral part of this program. This means a representative from every family must participate in the program during co-op days in some capacity.

TBC currently enrolls and has class offerings from Grades 1 through to High School. There is an informal pre-school program. However, this is only open to younger siblings of registered/enrolled children in the TBC program for the year.

Interested families may visit for the purpose of meeting current TBC families, understanding what a typical co-op day looks like, or to see how you can implement another co-op in your own community. Since we minister to children, we do not allow drop-in visitors without arrangements made with TBC leadership prior to the visit. Please email thebereancoopedmonton@gmail.com for information on potential upcoming Open House dates.

There are no fees associated with this program other than a nominal supply fee per applicable class. This program is made up of serving parents who give of their time and talents. TBC is able to keep the cost of this program quite low. Participating parents give of their time and that is the cost of admission in this program
